OLT ERP LIMITED is a London-based education technology company founded by Arun Jain and Dr. Sangeeta Jain. The business focuses on two complementary product streams for schools, further education colleges and higher education institutions: Eudemonic AI, a cohort-level student wellbeing intelligence platform, and OLT Campus ERP Enhanced 2026 AI-Enabled, an institutional management platform.
Eudemonic AI helps institutions move from survey responses to anonymised, human-in-the-loop insight through structured analytics, machine learning and safe aggregated reporting. OLT Campus ERP Enhanced 2026 AI-Enabled supports academic and administrative operations through a broader education technology platform with stronger analytics, AI-enabled dashboards, improved security, modular capability and wider institutional functionality.
Together, these two platforms are designed to work in a complementary way: one supporting institutional operations and data workflows, and the other supporting evidence-based wellbeing insight and earlier visibility of cohort-level pressure. Our aim is to provide educational institutions with practical, secure and forward-looking technology that strengthens both operational efficiency and student support.
Eudemonic AI: Cohort-Level Wellbeing Intelligence
Eudemonic AI has been developed to help educational institutions better understand patterns of academic stress and wellbeing at cohort level. The platform supports institutions through questionnaire tools, analytics, machine-learning-assisted insight, sentiment analysis and anonymised dashboarding designed for staff review and evidence-based planning.
Its approach is intentionally human-led and safeguarding-aware. Eudemonic AI is designed as a decision-support tool, not as a diagnostic or automated safeguarding system. We work with universities, sector partners and advisors to strengthen usability, responsible AI positioning, product maturity and practical value for institutional settings.
OLT Campus ERP Enhanced 2026 AI-Enabled
OLT Campus ERP Enhanced 2026 AI-Enabled is an education technology platform for managing key academic and administrative functions across institutions. It includes capabilities such as academic management, attendance, assessments, accreditation support, fee operations, HR and reporting.
The platform has been materially enhanced through stronger analytics, AI-enabled dashboards, improved UI/UX, security hardening, SQL optimisation, modular scalability and integration potential alongside Eudemonic AI. It is positioned not as a routine legacy ERP continuation, but as a modernised and implementation-ready platform designed to support evolving institutional requirements.
